Amy Worrall

Amy Worrall is an artist based in London. She is educated at Central Saint Martins in the same city and her practice is based around the imagery and actions of movement, looking at different processes not for the finished result but the act of making them. In her work, Worrall uses the uncontrollable element of ceramics, which mirrors the idea of movement, both are processes affected by environment, physical restrictions and time. She means that they both often have a final result not known at the start but one that is defined by the action rather than the intended outcome.
